Ultra-processed foods like chips, soda, and ready-made meals are harmful to almost all our organs, according to a major new study. They increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, and depression, among other things. It's good to see this topic being increasingly addressed and discussed in the Netherlands.

This is yet another sign that we need to take a critical look at what's on our plates. Less ultra-processed food, more real food. Small, daily choices can make a big difference to our health in the long run, both at home and at work.
