Legumes are naturally a rich source of plant-based protein and a sustainable food source. They have a low environmental impact, a long shelf life, and help reduce food waste. During cultivation, legumes don't require synthetic nitrogen fertilizers because they fix nitrogen from the air and naturally enrich the soil. This improves soil quality and prevents damage to the ecosystem.

Lower emissions
