This pea soup starts with rinsed split peas simmered gently in vegetable stock with onion and bay leaf until soft and thickened. Add the leek, carrot, and celeriac and simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper and serve with Legumi Tamari Beans for extra crunch and flavor with every spoonful.

- 40 g Legumi Tamari Beans
- 160 grams split peas (uncooked)
- 1 leek
- 150 grams of carrot
- 150 grams of celeriac
- 1 onion
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- Bay leaf
- Salt & pepper
